14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@reputevision.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Non-Refundable
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as final sale
- Shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@reputevision.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Please note: intentional distressing such as rips, raw edges, and fading are design features of our garment-dyed pieces — not defects. These are not eligible for damage claims.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at info@reputevision.com.
